Publication date reproduced as given in Stonehouse (i.e. three years after Dickens's death). That this is indeed the 6th edition of 187, 'revised and augmented', can be established by the number of maps (22) and plans (10), which increased with successive editions. See https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015063605235. It must be supposed that this title was owned/acquired by Charles Dickens junior, and found its way into the Sotheran's sale by mistake.
